My passion for coaching comes from my personal journey and life experiences.
I was overweight my entire adolescence and well into my college years. It was after graduation and getting my first corporate job that I decided a change was necessary.
I decided to hire a trainer and nutrition coach....13 years later I AM the trainer and nutrition coach.
I have since worked on several certifications and constantly learning to always continue improving for my clients and their needs.
My priority is your health and I can and will guide you to success by focusing on lifestyle changes that will allow you to keep your results for life!
I always say ' I wish I had a coach that helped me the way I want to help folks." And what I truly mean by that is, I wish I had a coach that made me feel comfortable.
Comfortable enough to ask the 'dumb questions.' Comfortable enough to feel vulnerable and let them know when I was 'slipping' or struggling. Comfortable enough to show that I wasn't perfect and that the process of change was messy and that that was ok!
That I didn't have to be robotic and perfect. I desperately wanted and needed a coach that would help me understand that it was ok to be human and that all the above did not have to stop me from growing or changing.
So....I became THAT coach. I want people to know and understand that it's normal to face hurdles in the process of change.
I also want to inspire and motivate people to know that they are capable and so much stronger than they give themselves credit for. That ultimately, we are all capable of change - but we need to connect to the why.
