"Been feeling a lot stronger especially in my shoulders. So much so I lofted a recliner over my head and my father-in-law laughed and said "I remember when I was that strong!"" - Anthony
"Thanks for always explaining the why behind different variations of moves (ex: narrow vs wide rows)" - Amanda
"I really did not feel like workout out this morning, but so glad I did! Your break down the workout and the hour flew by for me! 🔥👏🏼" - Jackie
"I love the feeling of getting stronger. When I first started up again I was having trouble sticking to 20s for a full workout. I now feel more capable of keeping the 20s or even adding the second bell (on most not all). I look forward for our continuous workout journey 💪🏼" - Myra
"Okay so I have osteoarthritis in both knees so I am pretty careful with squats/lunges and my ROM hasn’t been great because it often hurts BUT I was able to TOUCH MY KNEES TO THE GROUND today during the RFE split squats and I haven’t been able to do that in years!!!!!!!!!!!! Also the elevated squats didn’t hurt and I could get real low!!! And then after my legs were dead 😂 " - Lily
"Got home from work today and did NOT want to work out. At all. But then I remembered that after the workout I NEVER regret having done a Kathy workout. So I made myself get off my butt, and I'm glad I did. (Now...I often regret working out with Kathy the next day or two AFTER a workout when I can't walk down the stairs and/or wash my hair in the shower 🤷) " - Mike
"It’s always great when you introduce new minor tweaks to moves that I would otherwise feel comfortable doing. Those seemingly small tweaks take the moves to a whole new level. It could be as simple as the angle of your arms during a push press and it seems to push new muscles to their limits. I’m always impressed and appreciate your knowledge and thought you put into every workout. Thank you thank you thank you!!!" - Dylan
"I cannot be more thankful for giving this new journey a shot. Workouts no problem… but dieting was just not for me. Of course you can only workout so much before you plateau and sometimes when you plateau, you aren’t fully satisfied with where you are. That’s when I knew nutrition was going to have to be my next focus area. Kathy really took me from knowing nothing about food categories to understanding what types of foods fuel my body and how. I will admit, week two- I was ready to quit. I had my mind set that I was way too ambitious with my goal to hone in on nutrition and that it just wasn’t for me. Kathy obviously did not let me quit on myself. If someone is that invested in your goal then you should be too! After a few weeks of understanding that it was not about restricting myself and more about portioning the food I already ate, the magic began to happen! That’s when you start adopting a new way to look at food, create that freedom in your intake, and still enjoy all the goods. She makes this a sustainable process for the long haul" - Julie T
