"Okay so I have osteoarthritis in both knees so I am pretty careful with squats/lunges and my ROM hasn’t been great because it often hurts BUT I was able to TOUCH MY KNEES TO THE GROUND today during the RFE split squats and I haven’t been able to do that in years!!!!!!!!!!!!
